Returns & Refunds Policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply to all purchases from Vitalpath Pty Ltd and are not limited by this policy.

1. Return Window

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged product within 30 days of delivery. Because Neriva Advanced Matrix is a food supplement, we are unable to accept returns of opened packaging for hygiene reasons - this is a lawful exception under the ACL for perishable and sealed goods.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@filterliving.world or call +61 3 9018 4452 (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00 AEST). Please quote your name and delivery address. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning the product because it is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns on unopened product, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used on delivery (cash refund posted or bank transfer, or card reversal as applicable).

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch - at no cost. During the confirmation call, simply advise our team that you do not wish to proceed. Alternatively, contact us by phone or email after the call. If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse acceptance of the parcel on delivery; the order will then be treated as cancelled and no charge will be made.

6. Faulty or Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and, if possible, a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the ACL.
